Custom Shed Features
Custom Built On-Site
Many shed companies pre-manufacture their sheds and deliver them to the site, which often requires removing fences and driving heavy vehicles across your lawn to unload the shed. In contrast, we custom-build your shed right on-site based on your design and chosen customizations. All building materials are hand-carried to the location, so there's no need to dismantle fences or disturb your lawn with tire tracks.
Tuffblock & Concrete Footings
Our sheds are supported by TuffBlock & solid concrete block footings, ensuring the floor structure never comes into direct contact with the ground. This design helps extend the lifespan of your shed by preventing moisture damage and promoting better airflow.
LP SmartSide Panels
We use LP SmartSide for our wall panels, a high-performance material that combines the natural beauty of wood with the durability of treated engineered wood. It is designed to resist impacts, freeze/thaw cycles, high humidity, fungal decay, and termite damage, ensuring long-lasting quality and protection.
Hand-Picked Materials
We carefully hand-pick and inspect all materials to ensure they are free from defects and warping. When we build your shed, you can be confident that only the highest quality materials have been chosen for your project.
Solid Built Floors
Our shed floors are constructed with durable 2" x 6" pressure-treated lumber spaced 16" apart, topped with 3/4" premium floor sheathing. This strong, long-lasting design provides excellent support, easily withstanding heavy equipment without excessive flexing.
2x4 Wall/Roof Construction
Our shed walls and trusses are framed with premium 2" x 4" lumber, ensuring a sturdy and durable structure for your shed.
LP & Royal Trim
The trim boards are often the first part of older sheds to decay. To prevent this, we exclusively use LP & Royal trim boards, which are bug and rot-resistant and maintain their appearance for years to come.
T-Handle Door Lock
Our doors feature a locking tee handle with keys, providing a secure, easy-to-grip mechanism that keeps your shed safe and secure.
Roof Ventilation
We install gable vents on both sides of your shed to ensure optimal roof ventilation, helping to keep the air inside clean, dry, and cool year-round. This also extends the life of your shingles on your shed's roof,
Premium Overhangs
Our sheds feature 4" overhangs on all sides, along with an aluminum drip edge. This design helps direct water away from the structure, keeping your shed dry and protected from grime.
Architectural Shingles
Architectural shingles are highly durable and with an appealing dimensional appearance. We offer a choice of 10 popular shingle colors to choose from.
Choose Your Paint Color
The LP SmartSide wall panels we use come with a durable tan-colored factory coating as standard. For an upgrade, we offer custom painting in any color you choose.

Custom Shed Style Options
All sheds include your choice of 1 set of double doors or 1 single door (for smaller sheds). Sheds 100sqft or smaller include 1 working window, and sheds over 100sqft include 2 working windows.

Custom Paint Color - $2.50/SF ($250 Minimum)
Add some color to your shed with a custom paint color. We can paint your shed any color that you want without restrictions! We use Sherwin-Williams Everlast and Benjamin Moore premium paints.
7' or 8' Side Wall Upgrade - $200-$300
Our sheds come standard with 6.5' walls, or you can upgrade to 7' or 8' high walls if you need more headroom.
24" Deep Workbench - $150
Our work bench runs the full width of the shed and is 24" deep. It's perfect for a potting bench or tool bench or can also be used as storage.
32" Deep Loft - $150
Our storage loft runs the full width of the shed and is 32" deep. It is a great way to save floor space to store bulky items.
Extra Doors - $200 (single) or $300 (double)

Heavy Duty Ramp - $150
Built to withstand heavy loads, our heavy duty ramps are great if you need to store a ride on mower or other heavy equipment.
Shutters - $75 (pair)
9"x27" louvered vinyl shutters with a wood grain texture. Colors available in white, black, green, blue, and maroon.
Interior Motion Sensor Solar-Powered Light - $60
Illuminate the interior of your shed with this bright motion sensor solar-powered light.
Extra Sash Window - $100
18"x27" white aluminum frame window with sliding sash and screen.
Flower Box - $45
18" PVC flower box. Colors available in white, black, green, blue, and maroon.
Transom Window Doors - $125 per door
Inset transom windows adds character to your doors and needed light into your shed
Dormer Roof - $1,800 - $2,500
Add charm to your shed with a dormer roof. Available for sheds 10ft wide or larger.
Roll-Up Metal Door - $1,399+
Need more clearance to enter your shed? We offer certified wind load rated metal roll-up doors available in several sizes and colors. Call for pricing and options.
Shed Demo & Disposal - $8/SF (Minimum $400)
